Introduction

What would you do if, as a quilter, you had the opportunity to travel the great capitals of Europe and take from them inspiration for your quilting? The cathedrals, the museums, the palaces, the gardens, even the cobblestone streets hold a wealth of patterns that cry out to be pieced, patched, appliqued and quilted.
